Currently pursuing a doctorate at Leicester Castle Business School, Leena explores the experiences of under-represented groups in Higher Education. She is a certified coach with a Distinction in Postgraduate Coaching and is qualified by the British Psychological Society to use various psychometric tools. Her expertise includes executive career coaching and strengths-based interviewing.
Leena has extensive experience across private, public, and non-profit sectors, focusing on bridging academia and the workplace. She has designed top-tier professional development programs, always centering on the student experience for both home and international student audiences.
She leads the Faculty Employability & Graduate Outcomes Steering Group, sits on the Faculty Leadership board and collaborates with industry to integrate real world practice insights into the curriculum. Leena is passionate about the early careers space and supports students' transitions into global careers, fostering strong industry connections and community ties.
