Personal profile

My multidisciplinary background—from psychology to project management to business studies—informs my innovative approach to research and teaching. At the intersection of marketing theory, entrepreneurship, and systems thinking, I bring a unique perspective to transforming markets through value constellation approaches. My research challenges conventional value chain thinking, introducing value constellation frameworks that better capture complex market dynamics. This paradigm shift reveals new opportunities for market actors as active co-creators of value rather than passive participants in linear systems. My teaching is enriched by extensive industry experience with international development agencies, where I have supported graduate startups and managed policy development projects. These real-world experiences provide valuable contexts that enhance classroom learning. I am passionate about connecting theory with practice, creating knowledge that benefits academic understanding and practical application. Through my research and collaboration with diverse stakeholders, I work to develop more inclusive, resilient, and innovative market systems that generate value for all participants. I welcome industry and academic collaboration opportunities and PhD supervision in marketing-entrepreneurship interface research, marketing systems, social networks, value-co-creation, market access and platform business models.
